Manner of representation

Each female or male member of the management board is entitled to independently submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a multi-member management board, legal acts resulting in a cost-related obligation on the part of the foundation exceeding PLN 50,000 require the joint action of at least two female or male members of the management board, or one of them together with an attorney-in-fact authorized by the foundation. The monetary limit does not apply to acts resulting in a financial benefit for the foundation, in particular the acceptance of subsidies, grants, subventions, donations, sponsorship, patronage and other forms of financing the foundation’s activities. Each female or male member of the management board may perform these acts independently, regardless of their value.
