Manner of representation

Authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation within the scope of property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign on behalf of the foundation are: up to the gross amount of PLN 2,000.00, the President of the Management Board independently; from the gross amount of PLN 2,000.00 up to the gross amount of PLN 5,000.00, the President of the Management Board with the consent of the Chairperson of the Foundation Council; above the gross amount of PLN 5,000.00, two members of the management board acting jointly with the consent of the Foundation Council, or the President of the Management Board with the consent of the Chairperson of the Foundation Council in the case of a one-person management board.
