Manner of representation

For making declarations of will in non-property matters and in property matters with a value not exceeding PLN 5,000, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board is authorized to act independently. In property matters with a value exceeding PLN 5,000 and in matters concerning the employment of employees, the joint action of the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board is required. If more than one Vice-President of the Management Board has been appointed, the President of the Management Board acts jointly with one of the Vice-Presidents of the Management Board.
