Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations: a) in the case of liabilities not exceeding PLN 10,000 – the signature independently of the President of the Management Board or a member of the management board authorised by the management board; b) in the case of liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000 – the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, are required. 2. For the validity of other declarations of will, in particular writings and documents, the signature of a member of the management board acting independently or of a person authorised by the management board is required.
