Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the federation in non-property matters and in property matters up to the amount of PLN 10,000 may be made by each member of the management board independently. 2. In property matters exceeding the amount of PLN 10,000, the joint action of the President of the Management Board and one other member of the management board is required. 3. In the event of a vacancy in the position of President of the Management Board or documented inability of the President of the Management Board to perform their function for a period longer than 30 days, declarations of will in property matters exceeding the amount of PLN 10,000 shall be made jointly by two members of the management board.
