In an agreement between the foundation and a member of the management board and in a dispute with a member of the management board, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a written decision of the founder. This rule also applies when the party to the agreement or dispute is the founder who is simultaneously a member of the management board or the President of the Management Board.
