Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made independently by the President of the Management Board. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board is authorised to independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in matters of ordinary management and in matters resulting in the creation of an obligation or the disposal of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000. In matters exceeding this amount, declarations of will are made by two members of the management board acting jointly, or by the President of the Management Board acting jointly with a member of the management board.
