Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, are made as follows: 1. in the case of a one-person management board–the President of the Management Board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board–the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the Management Board acting jointly. 3. In agreements between the foundation and a member of the Management Board and in disputes with such member, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the founders, or by the Foundation Council, if it has been established.
