Overview
Unlocked Spark Foundation builds accessible technology tools for people with disabilities, co-designed with users and developed to meet high WCAG accessibility standards. Its first project is a mobile interactive audio RPG for blind and low-vision players, using touch controls, sound-based storytelling and full screen-reader support; the foundation’s tools are free for those who need them.

Manner of representation
1. In the case of a multi-member management board, joint action by two members of the management board acting jointly is required to make declarations of will and sign documents on behalf of the foundation. 2. In the case of a one-person management board, the foundation is represented by the President independently. 3. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact to conduct specified matters of the foundation. 4. In agreements between the foundation and a member of the management board and in disputes with a member of the management board, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the founders.
