Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will concerning the disposal of the foundation’s financial resources shall be made by the President of the Management Board acting jointly with at least one Vice-President of the Management Board. 2. The President of the Management Board independently, or two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly, are authorised to conclude all agreements on behalf of the foundation. 3. The signature of the President of the Management Board, or the signatures of two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly, are required for the validity of other letters and documents. 4. The management board may grant powers of attorney to make declarations of will, dispose of financial resources and incur liabilities, including financial liabilities, in accordance with the rules of representation set out in §16. 5. The President of the Management Board independently, or two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly, are authorised to grant powers of attorney on behalf of the foundation.
