Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made, in property-related and non-property-related matters, in the case of a one-person management board, by the President independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made, in property-related matters not exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zloty) and in non-property-related matters, by each member of the management board independently, and in other matters, by two members of the management board acting jointly.
