The Chairman of the union independently, the Vice-Chairman independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly represent the union before the employer BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and represent the union externally. The following are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters: the Chairman of the union independently, the Vice-Chairman independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly. The acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, interests in companies, shares, bonds or other securities requires a resolution of the General Meeting.
