Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property-related matters. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property-related matters, or two other members of the management board acting jointly and in agreement. If the foundation council has not been appointed, in agreements between the foundation and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the foundation is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the founders.
