Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised independently (acting individually) to represent the association, make declarations of will concerning property and non-property rights and obligations, and grant powers of attorney. 2. In contracts concluded between the association and members of the management board, or in disputes between the association and members of the management board, the association is represented by a member of the internal control body (audit committee) designated by a resolution of that body, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members.
