Manner of representation

1) To represent the foundation and submit declarations of will on its behalf, including incurring obligations in property matters, in the case of a one-person management board, the sole member of the management board–the President of the foundation’s management board–is authorised independently. 2) To represent the foundation and submit declarations of will on its behalf, including incurring obligations in property matters, in the case of a multi-member management board, namely: a) where the foundation’s management board consists of 2 (in words: two) to 3 (in words: three) members, each member of the foundation’s management board is authorised independently; b) where the foundation’s management board consists of 4 (in words: four) to 5 (in words: five) members, the President of the foundation’s management board is authorised independently, or at least two members of the foundation’s management board acting jointly.
