Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and receiving declarations addressed to the foundation, each member of the management board may act independently. 2. In property matters of the foundation, including concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, where the value of the obligation: 1) is, in a single transaction, less than or equal to PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand 00/100), each member of the management board is entitled to represent the foundation independently; 2) exceeds PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand 00/100) in a single transaction, in the case of a multi-member management board, joint action of two members of the management board simultaneously is required, and in the multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board may act independently.
