Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will and knowledge on behalf of the association, subject to paragraph 2, the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly, are authorised. 2. For incurring financial liabilities, disposing of property rights and performing other actions causing or potentially causing a financial liability on the part of the association: a) up to and including PLN 40,000 gross – the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised; b) above PLN 40,000 gross – joint action by two members of the management board is required. 3. In the case of periodic, continuous or recurring liabilities, the value of the liability is determined as the total value of the association’s performances for the entire term of the agreement, and if the agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period – for a period of 12 months.
