Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made independently by the President. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President independently makes declarations of will in non-property matters and in property matters in which the value of the obligation or disposition does not exceed PLN 20,000.00. In the case of a multi-member management board, in property matters in which the value of the obligation or disposition exceeds PLN 20,000.00, joint action of two members of the management board is required.
