Manner of representation

In non-property matters, the President of the Management Board independently or two members of the management board acting jointly, including one Vice-President, are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association. In property matters in which the value within a single legal transaction does not exceed PLN 20,000 gross, the President of the Management Board is entitled to independently submit declarations of will on behalf of the association. In property matters in which the value within a single legal transaction exceeds PLN 20,000 gross, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board or one of the Vice-Presidents, is required for submitting declarations of will on behalf of the association.
