Manner of representation

On behalf of the branch, property or financial liabilities and agreements are entered into jointly by the President of the branch, or one of the Vice-Presidents of the branch personally authorized by the President of the branch for the specific act, and the treasurer of the branch, or a member of the branch’s management board personally authorized by the treasurer for the specific act. In agreements between the branch and a member of the branch’s management board, the branch is represented by a member of the branch’s audit committee designated by resolution of that committee. In non-property matters, the branch is represented by all members of the branch’s management board.
