Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will of a non-property nature, the President of the Management Board independently or both members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. The President of the Management Board independently or both members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to submit declarations of will giving rise to a property obligation or disposing of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 20,000. The joint action of both members of the management board is required for submitting declarations of will giving rise to a property obligation or disposing of a right with a value exceeding PLN 20,000. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee designated by a resolution of that committee or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting.
