Overview
Nord Bio Pack represents NOPLA® technology in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland, connecting manufacturers with potato-starch-based biomaterials. NOPLA® is intended for packaging, foodservice, horticulture and industrial manufacturing; it is biodegradable, compostable and designed to leave no residual microplastic. The material can be processed with conventional injection-moulding and extrusion equipment, while the technology is developed and manufactured in Poland by BIO PLAST POM in cooperation with Gdańsk University of Technology.
