Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in financial matters, two members of the management board acting jointly or the President of the Management Board acting independently are authorised. To incur financial obligations with a value of PLN 5,000 or less, as at the date on which the obligation is incurred, the President or the Vice-President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised. In the case of obligations or dispositions of property with a value exceeding PLN 5,000, two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, one of whom must be the President or the Vice-President. If the management board has not appointed a Vice-President, the President is authorised to independently submit declarations of will in matters exceeding PLN 5,000.
