Manner of representation

The foundation’s management board manages its activities and represents it externally. The foundation’s management board consists of two persons and comprises the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board. For making declarations of will and incurring liabilities on behalf of the foundation, including in respect of property rights and obligations: 1. for liabilities not exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), each member of the management board is authorised independently; 2. for liabilities exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), the joint action of two members of the management board acting jointly is required.
