Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, are made: - in the case of a one-person management board, by the President independently; - in the case of a multi-member management board, by the President independently or by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In contracts between the foundation and a member of the management board, including in the case of a one-person management board, and in disputes with such member, the foundation is represented by a designated representative of the founder or an attorney-in-fact appointed by resolution of the founder.
