Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made independently by the President of the Management Board. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the management board may independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4. In matters concerning the assumption of an obligation or the disposal of a right with a value exceeding PLN 50,000.00, joint action by two members of the management board is required, and in the case of a one-person management board, the prior consent of the Foundation Council expressed in a resolution is required.
