Manner of representation

The association is represented in non-property matters, including the signing of documents, independently by: the President, the Deputy President and the treasurer. The Secretary of the association is also authorized to sign routine correspondence with members of the association and letters addressed to other institutions. The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or the Deputy President, is required to represent the association in property matters, to make declarations of will, including concluding agreements, incurring obligations and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association.
