Manner of representation

The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including to conclude agreements and incur property-related obligations: 1. the President of the Management Board acting jointly with another member of the management board; or 2. the Vice-President acting jointly with another member of the management board. In non-property, organisational and day-to-day matters, the association may be represented by the President of the Management Board independently, provided that this does not result in the incurring of a property-related obligation. The management board may grant powers of attorney to perform specific legal or factual acts on behalf of the association.
