Manner of representation
1. For submitting declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including incurring financial liabilities, the President of the Management Board is authorised to act independently. 2. The Vice-President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the foundation independently in matters in which the value of a one-time liability or disposition does not exceed PLN 50,000. Above this amount, joint action by the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board is required. 3. If the management board consists of three persons, apart from the cases specified in paragraph 1, the foundation may be represented by two members of the management board acting jointly.
