Manner of representation

1. To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including to represent the association and incur property obligations, the joint action of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or the treasurer, is required. 2. If the President and the treasurer are simultaneously absent or, for fortuitous reasons, unable to perform their duties, the remaining members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to perform urgent property acts not exceeding PLN 2,000 (in words: two thousand zlotys) per individual act, and if the management board consists of three persons, the remaining member of the management board acting independently is authorized. 3. In non-property matters, the management board may authorize one member of the management board or another person to act within a specified scope.
