Manner of representation

1. If the management board is a one-person management board, the sole member of the management board represents the foundation independently. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: (1) in property matters where the value of the foundation’s obligation does not exceed PLN 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand zlotys), and in non-property matters, the foundation may be represented by each member of the management board independently; (2) in property matters where the value of the foundation’s obligation exceeds PLN 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand zlotys), the foundation is represented by at least two members of the management board acting jointly.
