Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property and non-property matters, joint action by two members of the management board is required, one of whom is the President of the Management Board. This is subject to paragraphs 2–4. 2. During the period of temporary replacement established in accordance with § 18, the foundation is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly, one of whom is the person authorised to temporarily replace the President of the Management Board. 3. During a vacancy in the position of President of the Management Board, the foundation is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly. 4. In the case specified in § 14a paragraph 2, the foundation is represented independently by the sole member of the management board until its composition is increased to the minimum number of members specified in § 9 paragraph 1.
