Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in matters resulting in the creation of an obligation or the disposal of a right with a value of up to and including PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zloty) may be made independently by each member of the management board. In matters with a value exceeding PLN 30,000.00, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board, is required. When determining the value of an act, the aggregate value of the performances arising from one agreement or from related acts is taken into account. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in non-property matters may be made independently by each member of the management board.
