Manner of representation

The persons authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the club and to represent it externally are: 1. in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board: a) the President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, one of whom must be the President of the Management Board; b) in the event of the expiry of the mandate of the President of the Management Board during the term of office – until a new President is elected by the General Meeting of Members, the club is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly, provided that the composition of the management board permits this; c) in the event of the expiry of the mandate of the President, as a result of which the management board becomes a one-person management board, until its composition is supplemented, the sole remaining member of the management board represents the club independently, within the scope of ordinary management activities and activities requiring immediate action.
