Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including to incur financial obligations, conclude contracts and sign applications and settlements, the President is authorized independently, subject to paragraphs 2–7 and mandatory provisions of law. During the President’s incapacity preventing the exercise of representation, the association is represented jointly by the Vice-President and a member of the management board. The substitute authorization takes effect from the beginning of the documented incapacity, without waiting for the expiry of 90 days. After the death, resignation, removal from office or other expiry of the President’s mandate, until a successor is elected, the association is represented jointly by the Vice-President and a member of the management board.
