Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the only member of the management board acting independently is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the club, including to incur property obligations. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: 1) each member of the management board is authorised to represent the club independently in non-property matters; 2) in property matters with a value equal to or not exceeding PLN 5,000, including incurring property obligations, each member of the management board represents the club independently; 3) in property matters with a value exceeding PLN 5,000, including incurring property obligations, joint action by two members of the management board is required, including the President or Vice-President.
