Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations on behalf of the foundation. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: in non-property matters and in property matters in which the value of the obligation or disposition of a right does not exceed PLN 10,000.00, each member of the management board may act independently; in property matters in which the value of the obligation or disposition of a right exceeds PLN 10,000.00, joint action by two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board, is required.
