Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, acting independently. In the case of declarations of will concerning property matters whose value exceeds PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand), joint action by the President of the Management Board and a member of the management board is required. In the case of periodic or continuous claims, for the purposes of determining any exceeding of the PLN 100,000 threshold, their value that they will have or could have within 12 months shall be aggregated. For the purposes of determining any exceeding of the PLN 100,000 threshold, all ancillary claims, including interest, shall also be taken into account.
