Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly, and in the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will are made independently by the sole member of the management board. In matters concerning the employment of employees and property obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000 (ten thousand złoty), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board, and in the case of a one-person management board–by the sole member of the management board.
