Manner of representation

1. In the case of a two-member management board, the following are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation: 1) each member of the management board independently, in the case of legal transactions resulting in the creation of an obligation or disposal of the foundation’s assets with a value up to and including PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand złoty); 2) two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board, in the case of legal transactions resulting in the creation of an obligation or disposal of the foundation’s assets with a value exceeding PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand złoty); 3) each member of the management board independently in non-property matters.
