Manner of representation

§ 19. The competences of the management board include the day-to-day management of the club’s activities during the period between general meetings, and in particular: a) representing the club externally and acting on its behalf; b) implementing resolutions of the club’s general meeting; c) adopting annual and periodic action plans; d) appointing and dissolving problem committees; e) admitting and removing members; f) submitting to the general meeting a motion to grant honorary membership; g) managing the club’s assets and funds in accordance with applicable regulations and resolutions of the general meeting; h) determining the amount of membership fees; i) submitting reports on the club’s activities; j) resolving disputes within the club. § 27. For declarations concerning property rights and obligations and for granting powers of attorney to be valid, the signatures of two persons from among the following members of the management board are required: the President, Vice-President, Secretary and two members of the management board without functions.
