Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson of the Management Board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association that do not entail financial obligations or changes to the association’s assets. 2. Contracts, powers of attorney and all declarations of will that entail financial obligations or changes to the assets require, for their validity, the signatures of: the Chairperson of the Management Board and the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board, or the Chairperson of the Management Board and the treasurer of the association, or the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board and the treasurer of the association.
