Manner of representation

1. The persons authorised to represent the Association in court and out of court, under joint representation, are two members of the Main Management Board, with the mandatory participation of one of the persons holding the position of: - President; - treasurer; Secretary. 2. To make declarations of will on behalf of the Association in property matters and to grant powers of attorney to make such declarations, two members of the Main Management Board acting pursuant to a resolution are authorised jointly, with the mandatory participation of one of the persons holding a position listed in paragraph 1. 3. With respect to a district, the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 apply accordingly.
