Manner of representation

The Chairman, Vice-Chairman or another member of the Management Board of the union authorized by the Management Board is authorized to represent the union. The joint action of two persons (the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or another member of the Management Board of the union authorized by the Management Board) is required for signing company collective labour agreements, statutes, regulations and other collective agreements based on statute. The following persons are authorized to incur financial obligations on behalf of the union: the Chairman of the union, the Vice-Chairman of the union and other persons authorized by the Management Board of the union. The joint action of two persons (the Chairman of the union, the Vice-Chairman of the union and other persons authorized by the Management Board of the union) is required for submitting declarations of will in property-related matters.
