Manner of representation

All partners are authorized and obliged to represent the company and conduct its affairs according to the following rules: 1. Tomasz Cajdler independently, with respect to incurring any obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 1,000,000 (in words: one million zlotys) (in the case of a value related to VAT taxation, this concerns the net amount), including signing agreements and establishing security interests related thereto, as well as disposing of the company’s property. 2. Marisol Garcia-Cajdler independently, with respect to incurring any obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys) (in the case of a value related to VAT taxation, this concerns the net amount), including signing agreements and establishing security interests related thereto, as well as disposing of the company’s property.
