Manner of representation
Pursuant to §34(1) of the statute, the powers of the management board of the association include representing the association externally and acting on its behalf. Pursuant to §41 of the statute, the validity of declarations concerning the association’s property rights and obligations requires the joint action of two persons: one giving substantive approval (the President or Vice-President) and one giving financial approval (the treasurer or chief accountant). For the proper authorisation of the chief accountant, the management board may grant a commercial power of procuration.
