Manner of representation

§ 24 The following are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association: a) the Chairperson of the management board, b) the treasurer of the management board, c) the Deputy Chairperson of the management board. 2. The effective making of a declaration of will requires the joint action of two persons, including the treasurer. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management, particularly matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of the association’s fixed assets, a resolution of the National Convention of Delegates is required.
