Manner of representation

To represent the Polish Chamber of Cable Television Unions, hereinafter referred to as the Chamber, externally, including to make declarations of will on behalf of the Chamber, the President of the Management Board acting independently or two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board acting jointly are authorized, subject to the provisions of section 2.2. The joint action of the President of the Management Board and a Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly, or of two Vice-Presidents acting jointly, is absolutely required to incur financial obligations by the Chamber and to dispose of the Chamber's assets or any part thereof.
