Manner of representation

Each partner has the right to represent the company. Each partner has the right and obligation to perform all acts within the scope of the ordinary management of the company’s assets, including accepting and making declarations of will and signing on behalf of the company. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the consent of both partners is required. Each partner may, without the prior consent of the other partner, perform an urgent act the omission of which could expose the company to significant losses.
