Collection of non-hazardous waste (PKD 38.11.Z)
This subclass includes:
- collection of non-hazardous solid waste (that is refuse) in local areas (for example collection of waste from households and businesses) from waste bins, wheelie bins and containers that may contain various recoverable materials,
- collection of recyclable waste (even sorted),
- collection of non-hazardous waste of animal or vegetable origin,
- collection of used edible oils and fats,
- collection of waste in public places,
- collection of horticultural waste,
- collection of waste from construction or demolition,
- collection and removal of rubble,
- collection of waste generated by production in industrial plants. This subclass also includes transport if it is an integral part of the collection of non-hazardous waste.
This subclass excludes:
- wastewater disposal, classified in the relevant subclasses of division 37,
- collection of hazardous waste, classified in 38.12.Z,
- sorting, separating and processing of waste associated with recovery, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 38.2,
- recovery related to waste, classified in the relevant subclasses of group 38.2,
- treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste, classified in 38.32.Z.
